Who qualifies for GiveBack?
- Smartphones on “Unlimited GiveBack” or Shared Unlimited Everything plans are eligible on lines 1 and 2.
- Plan must be active for one full billing period before account is eligible for GiveBack. No proration of discount will be applied for any plan assigned less than a full billing period.
- Invoice must be paid on time. Late payments or Past Due Balances will remove eligibility for the current billing period.
- Basic Handsets
- Data Devices: Tablets, Routers, Mifis
- Lines 3-10 on Unlimited Plan at $20
- Advance Pay Accounts
- Employee Accounts
How will GiveBack appear on my account?
After invoice is generated, usage will be evaluated and credit for GiveBack will be applied the following business day. This credit can be seen in real-time via OnLine Bill or the myNTW mobile app. It will appear on the following invoice showing the Date and Service Number that received the GiveBack.
How will I know if I qualify?
Monitor your usage through OnLine Bill or the myNTW mobile app to determine if eligible lines have less than 2GB of data usage for the bill period.
Is there any additional important information?
Credit will be applied to account balance. Bill credit cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
